Sales and entrepreneurship have been part of his life for as long as he can remember. His first experience with business began in the 5th grade when he bought Jolly Rancher candy for five cents and resold it for twenty five cents. The small venture worked a little too well and led to a meeting with the school principal and his parents. Even at that young age it revealed a natural instinct for sales and opportunity.
His strong work ethic started even earlier. At just 8 years old he worked his first paid job delivering flyers and coupons door to door during the summer, often spending more than 12 hours a day walking neighborhoods. That early experience helped build the discipline and persistence that continue to define his professional career.
He brings more than 25 years of customer service and sales experience. Throughout his career he has consistently performed at a high level and has been a top producer in every company where he has worked. Prior to entering real estate he spent 10 successful years in the banking industry where he managed bank operations and specialized in lending. That background gives him valuable insight into the financial side of real estate and allows him to guide clients through financing and lending considerations with confidence.
Today he serves as the Team Leader for Prime Partners. In addition to serving his clients, he is passionate about developing new agents. He hires brand new agents and mentors them as they begin their careers. He coaches them on productivity, guides them through their first two transactions, and helps them develop the skills needed to overcome objections and build successful businesses.
His approach to real estate is centered on hard work, integrity, and service. Whether he is helping clients buy or sell a home or mentoring a new agent, his focus remains the same. Provide expert guidance, build lasting relationships, and help others achieve their goals.
